Adele Ann Georgaros

Adele Ann Georgaros, 77, of Kearny, NJ peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, New Jersey, surrounded by the love of her family.

Adele was born in Newark, NJ, before building her lifelong warm and welcoming home in Kearny, NJ. In her professional life, Adele wore many hats. She had skillfully balanced roles as a Legal Secretary at Cifelli & Davie, ESQ. in Harrison, and later as a Mortgage Advisor at Kearny Federal Savings, serving clients in both the Kearny and Caldwell offices. One of Adele’s greatest joys was undoubtedly her family. Her time with her three beloved grandchildren was especially cherished. She took delight in crafting, watching television, talking, and of course spoiling them with everything from extra ice cream to love. Adele frequently spent time sitting on her back porch listening to the birds and taking care of many animals in need. Finally, she enjoyed that she could order most anything on her iPad from the comfort of her chair and have it delivered within a blink of an eye.

Adele’s legacy is one of warmth, kindness, and unwavering devotion. Her 56-year marriage to her beloved Bill was a testament to her enduring love and commitment. Adele is survived by her cherished husband Bill Georgaros, her loving children, Chris (Mike) Georgaros, Dyanna (Joel) Georgaros-Kissoon, and Adam (Camille) Georgaros, as well as her adored grandchildren, Aomi Parker Kissoon, Tai Emyrson Kissoon, and William James Georgaros, and dear sisters, Mary Ann Van Dyk, and Patricia McMahon. She was predeceased by her parents George and Helen (Parker) Fraser as well as her sister, Brenda Macomber.
