Agnes Katelus

Agnes Katelus, of Avon by the Sea, formerly of Harrison, NJ. Entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 28th, 2021 at home.  She was 93 years old.

The Funeral will be conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029 on Saturday, October 9th at 10:15 am. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Czestochowa, Harrison at 11am. Her Entombment will follow in Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington, NJ. Friends and relatives may visit on Friday October 8th from 4-8 pm and Saturday morning after 9:30 am.

Born and raised in Harrison, Agnes retired and moved to Avon by the Sea in 1993.  She worked as the Head Librarian for the Town of Harrison for many years.   

Agnes is survived by her Grandson Douglas Katelus and many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. She was predeceased by her son Kenneth Katelus (2017), her Husband Albert Katelus (1960) and her Husband Joseph Jones (2003).
