Antonio L. Souza

Antonio L. Souza, of Manalapan, NJ entered into eternal rest peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, March 14, 2021.  He was 92 years old.

The funeral will be conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Ave. Harrison, NJ 07029, on Wednesday March 17 at 12pm. Friends and relatives may visit on Wednesday March 17, from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Funeral service will be held during viewing hours. His interment will follow in Arlington Cemetery, Kearny. 

Born and raised in Caratinga, Brazil. Antonio immigrated to the United States and lived in the Ironbound section of Newark, before settle in Manalapan in 2002. He was a parishioner of Saint James Church, Newark, NJ.

Antonio is survived by his children, Manoel Lopez, Maria Font, Maura Souza, Miro Souza, Margalene Almeida, Marli Henrique and Mirlene Sousa.  He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
