Catherine M. Alfone

It is with great sadness that the family of Catherine Marie Alfone announces her passing following a brief illness on Tuesday June 18, 2019, at the age of 86.

Catherine was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt.

She will be remembered by her children Joe, Michelle, Julie, Jamie and Andre. She will be remembered by her 13 grandchildren Katrina, Gianna, Christina, Gabriella, Marcello, Giovanni, Kathleen, Amanda, Julien, Brittany, Adrianna, Dominic and Lucas as well as many great grandchildren. She was pre deceased by her parents Julia and James O’Reilly, her brothers James and Edward, her sisters Margaret, Helen and Theresa. Catherine will also be remembered by her extended family and friends.

The Funeral will be conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029 on Friday at 9:45am. A funeral mass will be offered on Friday June 21, at Holy Cross Church, Harrison at 10:30am.

Friends and relatives may visit on Thursday from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm and Friday after 9am. Her entombment will take place at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
