Daniel C. McFadden

Daniel C. McFadden, of Harrison, entered into eternal rest peacefully with his daughter at his side on Wednesday March 4, 2020. He was 80 years old.

The funeral will be conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029 on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 10:15am.   A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Cross Church, Harrison at 11am. Friends and relatives may visit on Sunday, from 2pm to 6pm and Monday morning after 9:15am.

Born in Jersey City, Daniel was a lifelong resident of Harrison and a Parishioner of Holy Cross Church.   He was employed in many capacities by the Town of Harrison for 28 years. He was a member of Harrison East Newark Elks # 2326, A Past Exalted Ruler and an honorary life time member.   He volunteered his time as a coach for Pop Warner, Harrison Football Association for many years during the 1980’s and 90’s. 

Daniel is survived by his beloved wife, Louise McFadden (nee Pierson), and loving children Daniel S., Kevin and his wife, Cindy and Kathleen and her Fiance, Richard, cherished grandchildren, Josef, Johann and Agnes, dear niece and nephew, Robyn and Ryan O’Connor. Daniel was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Eva McFadden, a sister Patricia O’Connor and a brother Charles McFadden.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Elks Camp Moore  in care of the funeral home, in loving memory of Daniel.
