Edward "Eddie" Wetmore

Edward “Eddie” Wetmore of Colonia, NJ entered into eternal rest peacefully at

Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, NJ on Friday, October 20,

2023. He was 73 years old.

A funeral Service will be held at the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland

Avenue, Harrison NJ 07029, on Tuesday October 24 th during the viewing

hours. Friends and relatives may visit on Tuesday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

His final disposition will be private.

Born in Jersey City, he was raised in Harrison. He moved to the Colonia section

of Woodbridge Township in 1978. He worked for PSE&G since he was 17

years old, starting as a meter reader and retiring from the IT Department.   He

continued in that capacity for Xceed Group, LLC., Virginia until his final

retirement.  He was also a member of the Saint Andrew’s Knights of Columbus

and the V.F.W. Auxiliary Post 7164, Woodbridge, NJ. He was a Parishioner of

Saint John Vianney Parish in Colonia.

He loved outdoor activities, was a die hard New York Rangers fan and enjoyed

spending time with his friends, family and most importantly, his grandchildren.

Eddie is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Carol, loving daughter,

Cherilyn Natale and her husband Anthony, cherished grandchildren,

Ryan Natale, Bella and Jaxson Wetmore, a brother, Joseph Wetmore

and his wife, Tanga. He was predeceased by his daughter, Christina

Wetmore.
