Frances A. Walker

Frances Anne Walker of Harrison, NJ entered into eternal rest on Saturday May, 11th, 2024. She was 89 years old.         

The funeral will be conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029 on Friday May 17th, 2024 at 8:45am. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Church, in Harrison at 10:00am.   Her interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Friends and relatives of Frances and her family are invited to attend the visitation on Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 3pm to 7pm and Friday morning after 9:00am

Born and raised in New Brunswick, Canada, Frances moved to Harrison in the 1950’s. She worked for the Harrison Public Library for many years. Prior to that she worked as a clerk for Hartz Mountain Industries in Harrison.   

Frances was an avid reader and cherished her time working for the library.  She also loved to watch Jeopardy and do crossword puzzles with the New York Times crossword puzzle among her favorites. 

Frances is survived by her loving sons,  Thomas “T” Walker and his wife Katie and Alan Walker and his wife Laura, and cherished grandchildren, Ian, Andrew, and Kayla Walker.

She was predeceased by her husband Thomas (1985) and her children Andrew, Stephen “Uba”, James “Jimmy” and Elizabeth “Lizzy” Rosola.
