Francis P. Cushing

Francis P. Cushing, of Harrison, NJ, Entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 28, 2019.  He was 63 years old.

The funeral will be conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029.   A Memorial mass will be offered at Holy Cross Church, Harrison at 10:30 am on Saturday.   A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, from 5 to 8pm in the funeral home.  Please meet us at Church Saturday morning.

Francis, a lifelong resident of Harrison, graduated from Essex Catholic High School, Newark in 1974.   He worked for Contemporary Wall Systems, Morristown most recently.  Prior to that, he worked for Bond Parade and Floats, Clifton, NJ and he was a Union Painter for many years in New Jersey.

He was a lifelong Baltimore Orioles fan from the first time he put their uniform on at the age of 7, playing in the Harrison Little League.  

He is survived by his beloved siblings, James, Michael and his wife, Donna and Mary Cushing, and loving nieces and nephews, Liam, Caitlin, Conor, Daniel, Anna, Cara and Colin Cushing.   He was predeceased by his Parents, Joseph John and Dorothy Cushing and his brothers, Jack and Joseph Cushing.
