Irene L. Domerstad

Irene L. Domerstad, Entered into eternal rest on Monday April 29^th, 2019. She was 93 years old.

The Funeral will be conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029, on Friday May 3^rd, 2019 at 9:45am. A funeral Mass will be held at Holy Cross Church, Harrison at 10:30 am. Relatives and friends may visit on Thursday May 2, 2019 from 3pm to 8pm and Friday morning after 9am.   Her Interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.

Born in, Easton, PA, she moved to Harrison in the 1950’s. She worked for the Harrison Board of Education for 48 years, retiring in 2018. Prior to that she worked as a salesperson for Pecther’s Bakery for 20+ years retiring in 1970. She was a Parishioner of Holy Cross Church, Harrison.

Predeceased by her husband Joseph (1999) and her daughter Geraldine Clements, Irene is survived by her loving children Darlene Scott, Garry J. Domerstad (Patricia), and Karen Ferrero (Robert), As well as 10 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, and 4 Great-great-Grandchildren.  She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by two sisters and a brother many years ago.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Camp Fatima in care of the Funeral Home in loving memory of Irene.
