Isaac Wong Obituary
Isaac Wong of Kearny, NJ entered into eternal rest on Friday January 3, 2020 at Complete Care at Summit Ridge in West Orange. He was 84 years old.
A funeral service will be held at Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029 on Tuesday January 7th, 2020 at 11:00am. Friends and relatives may visit on Monday from 5 to 9pm and Tuesday after 9:30am. His interment will take place in Arlington Cemetery, Kearny.
Born in Georgetown, Guyana, Isaac lived in Lusignan, Guyana before coming to the United States on February 6, 1982 and settled in Newark. He moved to Kearny in 2013. He worked as an Electrician for Hooton Chocolate factory in Newark, retiring in 2002. Prior to that he worked for Valor Foods in Kearny.
He is survived by his Children June Amanda (Karran) Ram, Andrew Christopher (Nancy) Wong, Eleanor Vanessa (Tony) Afonso, Selwyn Adrain Wong, Celene Rosemond Wong, Peter Joel (Idine) Wong, Daniel Oliver (Erica) Wong and Diane Veronica Wong and by his Grandchildren Abigail Ram, Nicole Ramdass, Anthony Ram, Stephanie, Kastine Wong, Bryan and Rebecca Afonso, Evangelene Lisojo Rowe, Jonathan Lisojo and Jaelyn and Ariana Wong. Isaac is also survived by two Great Grand Children Mason and Elliana Ramdass and his ex wife, Khairoonesa Wong.
Isaac was predeceased by his wife Rabinah Rahamat and his siblings Sybil Greene, Gwendolyn and Neville Wong and Sheila Luckham.
