John J. Pomponi

John J. Pomponi, of Harrison, NJ, Entered into eternal rest peacefully on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at home.  He was 60 years old.

The funeral will be conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029.    A funeral Mass will offered at Holy Cross Church, Harrison at 11 am on Saturday.    His Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. 

There will be no visitation at the funeral home, although for those attending the funeral mass, you are more than welcome to park in the funeral home parking lot.

Born in Orange, NJ, John was a lifelong resident of Harrison. He was the Owner and Operator of Pomponi Heating, Harrison for 30 + years.   He was a Parishioner of Holy Cross Church, Harrison and a Member of the Harrison East Newark Elks.

John is survived by his beloved wife, Donna A. Pomponi (nee Bennett), a loving Son, Anthony, Cherished Mother, Sylvia Pomponi and a dear Brother, Mark Pomponi (Annette)    He is also survived by many cousins and friends.   He was predeceased by his father, John L. Pomponi.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital, in care of the funeral home, in loving memory of John.
