João Augusto Vitorino

João Augusto Vitorino, of Hillside, NJ, entered into eternal rest at Overlook Medical Center, Summit on Tuesday, June 8th 2021. He was 76 years old.

A funeral service will be held at the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029 on Friday, June 11th at 11am. His interment will follow in Holy Rood Cemetery, Morristown.    Friends and Relatives may visit on Friday, June 11th from 9am to 11am.

Born and raised in Santos, São Paulo, Brazil. João Augusto moved to the Ironbound Section of Newark, NJ before moving to Hillside, NJ 30 years ago.

He was a Construction Worker and worked with his son-in-law for R.A.D Basement Water Control, Newark for many years.   Prior to that he was a Commercial Farming

Airplane Pilot and a Commercial Fisherman in Brazil. He was an avid Corinthians SP fan, and enjoyed fishing on his free time.

João Augusto is survived by his beloved wife, Maria De Lourdes Brites Vitorino, his loving children, Jefferson, Patricia Moraes and husband Danilo, Priscila and Mark Cagley, and his cherished grandchildren Rodrigo, Anna and her husband Telmo, Barbara, Daniella and Victoria, and his dear sister Nair Vitorino.
