Juan Terrones Obituary

 

 

 

 

Juan Terrones of Harrison NJ, entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 17, 2024.

He was 74 youthful years old.                                            

 

The funeral will be conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home 331 Cleveland

Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029 on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 9:00 am. A funeral mass

will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church, Harrison at 10:00 am. Friends and

relatives of Juan are invited to attend his visitation on Thursday, May 23 rd from

4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. His final disposition will be private.

 

Born and raised in Lima, Peru. Juan was a proud resident of Harrison, NJ. An active

member of the Harrison Senior Center, who greatly enjoyed the friendships,

memories, and time he spent there. He enjoyed traveling, karaoke, his beloved

Yorkie “Mona”, and Zumba. Juan loved action movies and seized any opportunity

to embrace life. Juan valued education and frequently sought to expand his

wealth of knowledge. Family was always important to him and always preached

to be kind and honest with each other. He was never shy to dance, sing or yell

during soccer games.  Always a Barcelona fan, hopeful for the Peruvian National

Team, and he tolerated the NY Mets, for his son. With any challenges or obstacles,

he faced in life he never stopped smiling and keeping the faith. He will always be

remembered and celebrated, but never missed as he will always be with us.

He is survived by his loving children, Juan J. Terrones, Benjamin Terrones, Juan F.

Terrones, Luis E. Terrones and Rocio Terrones. Cherished grandchildren, Maria

Grabriela, Maria Lucia, Juan Pablo, Jacob Alexander, Jazmin Arianna, Dafne

Jazmin, Juan Jose, Layla Rose, Mia Alejandra, Amelia Isabel, to Silvia Cornejo

whom he always loved as his daughter and raised her with much love . Conjoined

with her children (his grandkids) Joaquin Sebastian and Valeria, his beloved

companion, Zarela A. Hernandez, and her son Leopoldo Vicente. Also by many

brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
