Julio J. Abrahantes of Newark, entered into eternal rest at home on Monday, July 22 nd , 2019, he was 85.
Private Funeral Services were under the direction of Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Avenue Harrison, NJ 07029.
Born and raised in La Habana, Cuba. Julio came to the United States in 1995 and settled in the Ironbound Section of Newark. Prior to arriving in the US, he received a degree in Accounting in Cuba.
He worked for American Airlines as a Maintenance Worker for many years. During those years he received a special recognition due to his honesty and integrity. He was a member of Caballeros De La Luz, Newark and Miguel Teurbe -Tolon Masonic Lodge, West New York.
He is survived by his beloved daughters, Belky I. and Madeline B. Abrahantes, Dina Castro daughter by heart and a sister, Sonia Abrahantes. He is also survived by his ex-wife Maria Julia Gutierrez and many nephews, and cousins.
