Marilene Vieira Monteiro

Marilene Vieira Monteiro, of Newark, entered into eternal rest peacefully on Thursday, February 27, 2025. She was 79 years old.
 
 

Visitation for Friends and relatives of Marilene and her family will be held at Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029, on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 9:30am until 11:30am. A service will be held during the visitation hours.

Born in Brazil, Marilene immigrated to the United States and settled in the Ironbound Section of Newark in 1980. She was a Dental Assistant in Celpa, Brazil.   She was a member St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church, Lafayette Street in Newark.
 

Marilene is survived by her beloved husband Jose Monteiro, loving children Carlos Monteiro, Marco Monteiro, and Romulo Monteiro, (Grandchildren) Lindsey, Jessica, Joseph, Sarah, Brittany, Issac, Samuel, Sophia, (Daughter in laws) Kimberly, Suheeley, Cheryl, Marlene Monteiro, (Siblings) Mario, Osma, Osni, Osman, Tony, Oto, Oberio, Zete, Lete, Neis, (Beloved Sister in law) Susan Adams, Vieira & Rosa, Vieira, (Brother in law) Victor Arroyo.
