Martha Sicilia Febles

Martha Sicilia Febles

She was born through a cesarean section missing a day for her mother to reach 8 months of pregnancy so she had from that very moment to fight for her life. It was a principle full of extreme care and directed feeding (with dropper) to allow her development. Since she was a child, she was very intelligent and applied. Her most precious toy was a book. Lover of intelligent reading, of universal literature.

She did not like chabacanería, nor vulgarity, she enjoyed classical music, classical ballet, historical films, romantics, not science fiction.  she liked to cook and taste dishes from latin countries and other cultures.

she liked the beach as long as she could sit down to read a good book. When she got together with family, she really enjoyed playing to guessing historical characters and universal relevant facts as they did in a program of the time (Escriba y Lea ). Christian since she was born with an unwavering faith in God. Fighter for the well-being of her family. Enemy of lies and much more of betrayal which she never forgave. Endowed with an intelligence and a constancy to the test. her way of seeing and interpreting life made her create a very rigid and radical character which did not allow her to see and enjoy the tonalities of life.  Always willing to give wise advice that sometimes was not interpreted properly because of the intensity of the way she said it. She was not very given to easy friendships. She was very selective, but being her friend was a privilege.

Her seriousness with her studies, her beautiful way of singing distinguished her in her youth, participating in cultural activities of her school. She liked gatherings listening to classical music, she was not very given to dance music. she left behind her country, and its idiosyncrasy for economic needs and always with the hope of being able to help the family that was left behind, for this she put her life at stake when crossing the ocean.
