Maureen Patricia (Kaduscwicz) Harris

Maureen Patricia Harris entered into eternal rest peacefully on October 23, 2023 after a long battle with appendix cancer.  She was 64 years old.

The funeral will be conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home 331 Cleveland Avenue Harrison, NJ 07029 on Friday, October 27, 2023 at 9:15 am. A funeral mass will be offered at Holy Cross Church, Harrison at10:00 am. Her interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. Friends and relatives may visit on Thursday from 4pm to 8pm and Friday morning after 8:45 am

Born in Newark and raised in Harrison, Maureen moved to Kearny after getting married.    Maureen enjoyed spending time with family, especially her beloved grandchildren.  She loved being outdoors and going to the beach.  She also liked to crochet blankets.

No matter how sick she became, Maureen never stopped fighting and was determined to stay with us all.  Through her, we know true strength and resilience.

Maureen is survived by her loving children, Pamela Vertorano and her husband, Dominick and Lisa Skawinski and her husband Michael, cherished grandchildren, Vincent, Peyton, Sawyer and Jovie and dear siblings, John Kaduscwicz, Nancy Lobianco and her twin, Michael Kaduscwicz She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Michael Harris, a brother, Ronald Kaduscwicz, her parents, John and Veronica Kaduscwicz and her Father and mother in law, Evan and Regina Harris. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute in care of the funeral home, in loving memory of Maureen.
