Patricia Ann Tighe

Patricia A. Tighe of East Newark, entered into eternal rest peacefully on September 16, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.  She was 85 years old.

Born in Jersey City and raised in Harrison, Pat moved to East Newark after getting married. Pat was a proud member of the East Newark Fire Department’s Ladies Auxiliary and the Harrison/East Newark Elks.

Pat enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed going to Wildwood for the annual New Jersey State Fireman’s Convention and Atlantic City for the League of Municipalities Conference. Pat always loved an ice cold can of Pepsi and some Kit Kats and Hershey kisses.

Pat is survived by her loving children, Trish Sheehan and her husband Ken, Teresa Saldana, Marian Krushinsky and her husband Steve, Charles Tighe and his wife Amy, Susan Moscinski and her husband Joseph and Sean Tighe. Cherished grandchildren, Dana Toal and her husband Brian, Chad Tighe, Courtney Goncalves and her husband Chris, Robert Tighe and his wife Megan, Kenny Sheehan and his wife Sarah, Jose Saldana, Patrick Saldana and his wife Stephanie, Stephen Tighe and his wife Victoria, Zachary Tighe, Braeden Tighe, Lindsay Tighe, Hayley Tighe, Hayden Moscinski, Gavin Moscinski, Olivia Tighe, Carleigh Tighe, and Alyssa Jones and her husband Issac. Great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Breaghan, Maddon, Kinley, Kenny,Brynn and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Charles, Parents John and Mary Case and siblings Sr. Teresa Marian, “Cookie”, Joan Corblies and Frances Carratura.

The funeral will be conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home 331 Cleveland Avenue Harrison, NJ 07029 on Thursday, September 19th at 9:45am.   Friends and relatives may visit on Wednesday September 18, 2024 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm and Thursday September 19, 2024 from 9:00 am to 10:00am. A funeral Mass will be offered at Saint Anthony’s Church, 409 North 2nd Street, East Newark, NJ 07029  on Thursday at 10:45am.
