Xenia Reed Rodriguez

Xenia Reed Rodriguez, of Harrison, NJ, entered into eternal rest peacefully on Sunday, February 14, 2021.  She was 68 years old.   

Private funeral services will be conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029.

Born in New York, NY, Xenia was raised in Passaic and lived there for many years. She eventually settled in Harrison in 1972.   She received an undergraduate degree from NYU and a few years later, her Master’s Degree of Social Work from
Columbia University, NY, NY.   She worked as a Social Worker for many years.  Prior to that, she worked as a Probation Officer for the NYC Department of corrections.

In her free time, Xenia enjoyed fishing and going to the beach.

Xenia is survived by her husband, Santos Rodriguez, a Step Son, Santos Rodriguez, III, her sister, Linda, and Brother in laws, Mario, Anthony, Darren, Carlos and Gregory Rodriguez.   She is also survived by many nieces, nephew and cousins.
